This is a delightful and homely four bed end-terrace property in Stanwix, very close to the Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria.  It has combi boiler, gas central heating and double glazing.

There are four good size double bedrooms, one larger one on ground floor and the others all on first floor.

Living room has a sofa, three arm chairs, glass coffee table and book shelves for storage.

Modern kitchen has a small breakfast bar, gas cooker, tall fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, additional freezer and tons of cupboard space.  It looks out to the back yard where there’s plenty of room for a picnic table and dining al fresco!

Bathroom with shower and bath is on first floor and has hand basin, WC and storage cupboard.

Four double bedrooms are all furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair – if we’ve missed something, please let us know!

CONTRACTS

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.

PAYMENT

Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

UTILITIES

GLIDE supply Virgin Fast Broadband, TV Licence and Water (students sign a separate agreement with GLIDE for their equal share). Students to pay for Gas and Electric – we recommend using SSE.
