7 Church Terrace is a five-bed end-terrace property located only a couple of minutes' walk from the Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria.  Offering accommodation for five people, it is HMO Licensed. 

There is a 52” wall hung TV in the living room, alongside two large sofas and an armchair – plenty of room for socialising.

Dining room has a large glass topped dining table/chairs, tall fridge freezer and leads into kitchen with lots of fitted cupboards, good storage, gas cooker, extra freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer. Has combi boiler, gas central heating and double glazing.

Bathroom with shower and bath is located downstairs with vanity unit/hand basin, WC and storage unit. The largest of the five double bedrooms is on the ground floor – it really is spacious!

The remaining four double bedrooms are all on first floor – mostly very generous too.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair – need anything else, then please ask!

Parking is free (with permit) directly outside the house in public car park.  Free disc parking is also available.

CONTRACTS

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.

PAYMENT

Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

UTILITIES

GLIDE supply all utilities including Gas, Electric, Virgin Fast Broadband, TV Licence, Phone Line-In and Water to each property. Students sign a separate agreement for their equal share of the bills (currently £17 pp/pw).
