Love this airy and spacious four bed mid terraced house in Stanwix which feels modern although it’s Victorian – couldn’t be closer to the Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria.  Has combi boiler, gas central heating and double glazing.

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.


A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.


Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.


GLIDE supply all utilities including Gas, Electric, Virgin Fast Broadband, TV Licence, Phone Line-In and Water to each property. Students sign a separate agreement for their equal share of the bills.
