This spacious and sunny four bed terraced house is situated a couple of minutes walk from the Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria.  Has combi boiler, gas central heating and double glazing.

Large living room features a gas fire and offers plenty of seating for you and your friends with a big leather sofa and three comfy arm chairs.  Kitchen has fitted cupboards with lots of storage space, electric cooker, fridge freezer, all crockery/utensils/pans and dining area with bench seating. 

There is a downstairs WC and hand basin - and separate utility area with washing machine/tumble dryer. Located on ground floor is a generously sized double bedroom which faces the rear of the house, the other three double bedrooms are all on the first floor. 

All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair. If you need anything else – please ask. Bathroom on first floor has shower, hand basin, WC and more useful storage. If you have a car, then parking can be found directly outside the house in public car park (with free permit).

Carlisle Student Accommodation - Additional Information

CONTRACTS

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment of £250 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.

PAYMENT

Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque or standing order. Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

UTILITIES

Students pay under separate contract for Gas, Electricity, TV, Broadband and Water.
