This is a homely and delightful four bed house in the residential area of Stanwix, just metres away from the entrance to Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria, with a long garden at the rear for BBQ’s and eating al fresco!

Four lovely double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the remaining three all on first floor, each furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair – call us if you need anything else!

Living room has two roomy sofas, armchair, coffee table and dining table with chairs. 

Kitchen comes with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and has fitted cupboards either side with tons of storage space – you’ll probably not fill them all!

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.


A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.


Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.


GLIDE supply all utilities including Gas, Electric, Virgin Fast Broadband, TV Licence, Phone Line-In and Water to each property. Students sign a separate agreement for their equal share of the bills.
