This lovely spacious Victorian five bed terraced property comes with a conservatory - it is HMO licensed and has gas combi boiler, central heating and double glazing. Located a very short distance from the Brampton Road Campus, University of Cumbria - it couldn’t be better for inviting your friends back for a get together. Living room has plenty of seating with a roomy sofa and three arm chairs; it leads into conservatory with dining table and chairs – a great space for entertaining!

Kitchen has fitted units with tons of storage space, electric cooker, washing machine and tall fridge freezer.  There’s a tumble dryer and extra freezer. Separate WC on ground floor.

CONTRACTS

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.

PAYMENT

Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

UTILITIES

GLIDE supply all utilities including Gas, Electric, Water, TV Licence, Broadband and Phone Line-In to each property. Students sign a separate agreement for their equal share of the bills (currently £16 pp/pw).
