The largest double bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three are all on the first floor, each furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair.  If you need something else – just let us know! 

Kitchen has fitted units with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer (in shed outside).  There’s also a freezer and extra fridge, combi boiler, gas central heating and double glazing.

CONTRACTS

The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

DEPOSITS

A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract.

PAYMENT

Payments to be made monthly in advance by cash, cheque, standing order or termly if you prefer.  Full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.

UTILITIES

GLIDE supply all utilities including Gas, Electric, Virgin Fast Broadband, TV Licence, Phone Line-In and Water to each property. Students sign a separate agreement for their equal share of the bills.
