The initial contracts are usually 47 weeks duration signed on a group tenancy basis and are renewable for the next academic year by arrangement.

A deposit payment of £200 per student is required on signing the contract (registered with My Deposits) returnable at the end of the tenancy according to the terms of the contract. A non-returnable fee of £20 each is charged for the administration of the deposit protection scheme.
The tenants are responsible for all utilities and the bills should be in their names. We recommend using Glide for these services. Students are exempt from council tax payments as long as all tenants remain in full time education.
